Initial Assessment
We evaluate movement patterns, identify muscle imbalances and any injuries. Addressing these points builds the foundation for an effective and efficient exercise plan.
Tailored Program
No two people are the same, so your own personal goals are important. Whether it’s increased strength, injury rehabilitation or you simply want to feel better and have better posture, we create an effective Pilates program for you.
Guided Movement
With hands on guidance and precise cueing we use spring-loaded Pilates equipment, like the reformer to improve alignment, support muscle activation and challenge deep core engagement.
Progress
Consistency is key. Pilates isn’t a one size fits all. It’s personal, it takes time and commitment. Show up for yourself, be present. The time will fly and the progress will come.

Reformer
Build sustainable core strength though resistance-based Pilates exercises that support and challenge your body. This is a lot of fun!
Chair & Barrels
Enhance balance, coordination and stability while developing deep core control. Improve spinal alignment and flexibility using mindful breath and fluid movement patterns. You will feel the shake!
Mat Work
Seen as some of our most challenging work we use a myriad of small props to enhance and support the mat work. This is where we put it all together!
