The secret to success is consistency! Across two in-person mat classes each week, we move at a controlled pace, layering traditional and contemporary concepts to create classes that are progressive and challenging. Working from the inside out the classes aim to improve core control, stability, mobility and co-ordination to increase overall balance and strength.

In this progressive mat class we accelerate our practice by challenging stability, mobility, core control and balance. We use Pilates props to support and challenge each exercise so you can feel the difference.

A challenging and advanced mat class. We move with purpose at a fast and controlled pace blending traditional and contemporary Pilates. In this powerhouse class we work from the inside out to develop core strength.
